About Me

Hi, I’m Osagie. I am an engineer, educator, and storyteller.

I am a true Angeleno born and bred in Los Angeles with an affinity for the Los Angeles Lakers to match. My mother is a teacher and I like to think I take after a little bit when it comes to inspiring others and creating an environment for learning. My family roots in Nigeria have instilled a strong sense of community and support for others. While I am an Angeleno at heart, I now reside in San Francisco. When I’m not cheering for the Lakers, I enjoy playing basketball, learning how to play soulful tunes on the saxophone, or trying different coffee shops around SF.

During My Career I have:

  • Developed ground software for a space satellite program

  • Been a founding engineer at a blockchain startup

  • Implemented In-House Programming Languages at Workday

  • Founded and led HackSC Jr, a hackathon for kids
